相手の勝ち運の無さに頼る

シーズンも第2Qに突入。そして今回の相手は、なぜか勝てない今だ１勝のファルコンズ。
チーム力は近年、安定しているのですが、今シーズンは肝心なところでミスを犯したり、TD取れなかったり、苦しんでおります。

普段なら勝てない相手ですが、今ならどさくさに紛れて勝てるかも！！

なんとミリナーのみならずホームズがハムストリングを痛めてOUT。
ヒルも出場を危ぶまれていましたが、出場可能のようです。

ファルコンズはラムズから獲得した”スティーブン・ジャクソン”がOUT。
もとよりパス中心のO#ですが、さらにランのコマが減ると助かります。

その他WR”ロディ・ホワイト”をはじめ、Questionableが多く、チーム状態はそれほど良くはないようです。

 

▼どうなるファルコンズ戦
前回は大量失点で敗れたJETSですが、これはターンオーバーが原因。基本的にD#は鉄壁です。
JETSのD#力はラン4位、パス8位で総合2位。チャンピオンシップ連続出場以来のD#力です。
しかし、逆にO#が不振。さらにホームズが抜けてO#力は確実にダウンしています。

逆にマット・ライアンを中心とした安定したパスO#を展開するファルコンズの弱点は粘れず逆転負けを喫するD#。
ランD#は5位ですが、パスD#が26位で総合D#26位となっております。

まさて「ほこたて」対決なのですが、怖いのは説明不要のジーノのターンオーバー。
ファルコンズもジーノのミスを誘発すべくプレッシャーをかけてくるでしょう。

タイタンズ戦は不発だったRB”ビラル・パウエル”のランで組み立て、ファルコンズD#の的を散らす事が必須でしょう。
この試合からRB”マイク・グッドソン”が出場可能となりますが、プレシーズン含め1試合も出てない上にろくに練習もしてない彼が直ぐに起用される事はないでしょう。

とにかくターンオーバーせず、粘りまくってD#がチャンスを見出し、ロースコアの泥仕合で勝つしかないように思えます。

ジェッツもファルコンズも首位が4連勝無敗なので、これ以上差を広げられたら死活問題の状況。
今後を占うマンデーナイトとなりそうです。
